| Description | In a normal fasting individual, VLDL concentrations range from 0.5-2.0g/L. VLDL transports triglycerides synthesized by the liver to sites of energy storage and utilization. Source: Human Plasma. Prepared from fresh, non-frozen plasma shown to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA approved tests. Molecular Weight: 10-80,000,000 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Protect from light. | ||
