| Description | Apo CII activates lipoprotein lipase which then hydrolyzes VLDL triglyceride to form IDL (intermediate density lipoproteins). The concentration of Apo CII in normal plasma is 3-8mg per 100ml. Source: Human plasma (Shown to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA approved tests.) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
