Description | Human Apolipoprotein used for coating microplates and as a ligand for immunosorbent preparation. Apolipoproteins are lipid-binding proteins which enable the transport of dietary lipids for storage, metabolism and secretion. Apolipoprotein A-1 (also known as Apo-A1) plays an important part in the removal of cholesterol from cells. Source: Human Plasma, Very Low Density Lipoprotein (VLDL) Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C.
