Source: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa1280-1292, Cys-Ser-Trp-Glu-Phe-Ile-Pro-Val-Asp-Asp-Gly-Trp-Gly-COOH of Clostridium botulinum Toxin A. Molecular Weight: 1510.66 Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C.
