| Description | Thymosin B4 is a 43 amino acid peptide which is regarded as the main intracellular G-actin sequestering peptide. Extracellular Thymosin b4 may contribute to physiological processes such as angiogenesis, wound healing, and regulation Sequence (linear): Lys-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln-Glu-Lys-Asn-Pro-Leu-Pro-Ser-Lys-Glu-Thr-Ile-Glu-Gln-Glu-Lys Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
