| Description | Inactive control against b-Amyloid 1-42, which is a major constituent of plaques and tangles that occur in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) patients. See A2275-74F for antisense, active peptide. Sequence (linear): H2N-Ala-Ile-Val-Val-Gly-Gly-Val-Met-Leu-Gly-Ile-Ile-Ala-Gly-Lys- Asn-Ser-Gly-Val-Asp-Glu-Ala-Phe-Phe-Val-Leu-Lys-Gln-His-His-Val-Glu-Tyr-Gly-Ser-Asp-His-Arg-Phe-Glu-Ala-Asp-OH Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 6 months at -20°C. Reconstitute (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
