| Description | Human Nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase protein (NAMPT), also known as PBEF1 or visfatin (GenBank Accession No. NM_005746) a.a. 2-491e, with N-terminal GST-tag, MW=82kD, expressed in an E. coli cell expression system. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-491e from human NAMPT at N-terminal, fused to GST-tag expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~82kD Specific Activity: 2 pmol/min/ug Application: Useful for protein binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
