Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-491 from human NAMPT, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~56kD Specific Activity: 2pmol/min/ug Application: Useful for protein binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
