Description			Chylomicrons are the large triglyceride-rich lipoproteins of enteric origin that carry exogenous triglycerides into the plasma. Circulation of chylomicrons distributes dietary triglyceride to adipose tissue and to muscle. Found in post prandial plasma, chylomicrons generally clear the blood stream in a few hours. Source: Fresh, non-frozen Human Plasma. Prepared from plasma shown to be non-reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA approved tests. Molecular Weight: ~50-1000kD Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
