| Description | Application: Suitable for use as a Western Blot standard. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: Mix 2:1 with SDS sample buffer. Load 30ul of the 2:1 mixture is recommended for mini-gels. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. | ||
