| Description | CLEC4E is also known as C-type lectin domain family 4, member E. CLEC4E is a C-type lectin receptor expressed by a variety of antigen presenting cells including macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells and B cells; a variety of stimuli including stress are known to induce the expression of CLEC4E. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa41-219 from human CLEC4E, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~22.9kD (200aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
