| Description | Description: Restriction buffer (10X) for E0200-05 Form (1X): Dilute to 1X or 2X before use. When used as a 1X liquid the form is 10mM Tris-HCl, 5mM MgCl2, 100mM sodium chloride, 0.1mg/ml BSA. Incubate at 37°C Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C. | ||
