| Description | The microcolumns are prepared by conjugating Agarose with affinity purified Glycine max (Soybean) Lectin (SBA). These microcolumns are used for MS and proteomic analysis to analyze of <100ul samples. Source: Soybean Blood Specificity: A > O > B Sugar Specificity: a-N-Acetylgalactosamine > beta-N-Acetylgalactosamine Conjugate Specificity: Agarose Beads Inhibitory Carbohydrate: N-Acetylgalactosamine Divalent Ions: Ca++, Mn++ Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
