| Description | These macrobeads are larger size (160-250 micron) than average agarose beads that facilitate coupling of cells and organelles and enzymes. Affinity-purified Glycine max (Soybean) Lectin (SBA) was immobilized on 4% agarose macrobeads with proper configuration and stability of the lectin. Source Antigen: Soybean Blood Specificity: A > O > B Sugar Specificity: a-N-Acetylgalactosamine > beta-N-Acetylgalactosamine Conjugate Specificity: Agarose Beads Inhibitory Carbohydrate: N-Acetylgalactosamine Divalent Ions: Ca++, Mn++ Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C.
