| Description | Colloidal gold can be used to visualize localization of specific saccharide moieties and examine the distribution of plasma membrane glycoproteins based on the binding pattern of Agaricus bisporus Lectin (ABA/ABL). Colloidal gold labeled ABA/ABL can be viewed via electron microscopy. Excitation: 550nm Emission: 570nm Inhibitory Carbohydrate: Fetuin Sugar Specificity: Galactose (β-1,3), N-Acetylgalactosamine Blood Specificity: A,B - High O - Mid Neuraminidase - Low Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive. | ||
