| Description | Laminin-1 is an epithelial cell adhesion glycoprotein, which is composed of 3 chains designated a1, b1 and g1. Laminin promotes adhesion, differentiation, migration and growth of many cells in vitro. Laminin is produced by human fibroblasts and epithelial cells in a co-culture system, which produces an extracellular matrix composed of numerous proteins including laminin. The laminin is then purified biochemically and provided sterile. Source: Human Laminin-1, from human fibroblasts and epithelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
