| Description | Recombinant Human Interferon-gamma is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 144 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 16,879 Dalton. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Met-Gln-Asp-Pro-Tyr. Source: E. coli Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.05ng/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
