| Description | Integrin alphaV beta5 was purified from human placenta by affinity chromatography using immobilized monoclonal antibodies to alphaV beta5 integrin. Interacts with vitronectin in ELISA. Applications: Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Immunoblot (non-reducing) and Ligand Binding studies. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
