| Description | Crude viral lysate containing a high concentration of EBV antigens, including VCA, EBNA, EA-D and EA-R. Source: P3H3 Cell Extract, from P3H3 Human Burkitt's Lymphoma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in a variety of immunoassay formats including micro well ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Inactivation: Detergent inactivation by lysis. Infectivity assay is not performed. Detergent treatment of P3H3 cells disrupts cellular and viral membranes and consequently renders the material non-infectious. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
