| Description | Staphylococcal enterotoxins cause the intoxication staphylococcal food poisoning syndrome. The illness is characterized by high fever, hypotension, diarrhea, shock, and in some cases death. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa28-266 from staphylococcus aureus EntC3, fused to His-SUMO-Tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
