| Description | A clarified Cytomegalovirus cell lysate antigen mix from all stages of its replication life cycle. Source: Human Cytomegalovirus, Strain AD-169, from Human Foreskin Fibroblasts (HFF) Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Inactivation: Tested by passage on permissive cells for 2 weeks yielding no CPE. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
