| Description | Strongly reacts with human HTLV-I/-II positive serum with strong response to HTLV envelope. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to immunodominant regions aa162-214/242-257 of HLTV-I gp46-gp21 region, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow-through. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
