| Description | Reacts strongly with human HIV positive serum. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to HIV-1 VIF, beta-galactosidase (~114kD) fused at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
