| Description | Recombinant Leishmania chagasi K39 antigen produced from the C-terminus (aa680-955) of kinesin K39. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa680-955 of Leishmania chagasi, fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~25.9kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 2.2-6.8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
