| Description | Recombinant Borrelia burgdorferi p14 antigen produced from the internal fragment (aa197-274) of the 41kD flagellin protein. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa197-274 from B. burgdorferi, fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~16.4kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1.7-6.8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
