| Description | Trypanosoma cruzi, better known as T. cruzi, is a deadly parasite that causes Chagas’ disease. Source: Recombinant Chagas 1F8, 6-HIS tag, from the IF8 epitope of Flagellar calcium-binding protein (FCABP) of Trypanosoma cruzi, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~25.8kD Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -70°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
