Description			Endomucin, also called endothelial sialomucin or mucin-like sialoglycoprotein, which interferes with the assembly of focal adhesion complexes and inhibits interaction between cells and the extracellular matrix. EMCN is a mucin-like sialoglycoprotein that interferes with the assembly of focal adhesion complexes and inhibits interaction between cells and the extracellular matrix. This protein expressed in heart, kidney and lung. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa19-190 of human EMCN, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
