| Description | Blotto (Bovine Lacto Transfer Technique Optimizer) is a blocking reagent in ELISA and Western Blot. Blotto A contains 5% non-fat dry milk and 0.05% Tween 20, and it is recommended as a blocking reagent for Western blotting. Application: 150 blots or microplates at 1% and 30ml each Storage and Stability: Store unused, dry Blotto and TBS Blotto at room temperature. Unused Tween 20 solution may be stored at room temperature-25°C. After reconstituting blocking buffers in water, it is recommended that they be used immediately. Any unused solution may be frozen for later use, or may be stored at 4°C for up to two days. | ||
