Description			100ug of each of the six fluorescent proteins including the Enhanced Green fluorescent protein (EGFP), dsRed and mCherry Red fluorescent proteins, Blue fluorescent protein (BFP), Yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) and Cyan fluorescent protein (CFP). Source: Recombinant corresponding to Fluorescent Protein Set expressed in E.coli using a method that ensures highest purity and maximal fluorescence intensity. Applications: Suitable for use as control reagents for fluorescent protein expression studies, as well as use for calibration of fluorometers and flow cytometers, Immunofluorescence microscopy, microinjection of fluorescent proteins into cells and tissues, etc and Western Blot. The proteins can also be conjugated to other proteins. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -70°C. Stable for 12 months at -70°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
