| Description | (DeNS/Ac Hep) - (~92% reduction in N-sulfates) These products have been modified by standard chemical methods to selectively remove sulfate groups from C2 of Iduronate, (De2S Hep), C6 of glucosamine (De6SHep) or the N-sulfate of Glucosamine (DeNS Hep). The DeNS heparin contains the free amino group (NH+3); in DeNS/Ac Hep the free amino group has been modified by acetylation, and heparin that is partially de-N-sulfated (pDeNS Hep) and a pDeNS heparin in which the free amino groups have been acetylated (pDeNS/Ac Hep). Applications: Suitable for use in biogical, biochemical and biophysical laboratory research. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
