Description			(De6S Hep) - (approx 90% reduction in 6-O-sulfates and 25% loss of 2-O-sulfates) These products have been modified by standard chemical methods to selectively remove sulfate groups from C2 of Iduronate, (De2S Hep), C6 of glucosamine (De6SHep) or the N-sulfate of Glucosamine (DeNS Hep). The DeNS heparin contains the free amino group (NH+3); in DeNS/Ac Hep the free amino group has been modified by acetylation, and heparin that is partially de-N-sulfated (pDeNS Hep) and a pDeNS heparin in which the free amino groups have been acetylated (pDeNS/Ac Hep). Applications: Suitable for use in biogical, biochemical and biophysical laboratory research. Other applications not tested. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
