| Description | Specific Activity: ~60 units/mg using spectrophotometric determination of 1-chloro-2, 4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) conjugation with reduced glutathione (1mM) in 100mM NaPO4, pH 6.5 at RT. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
